SoulCollage® for Me...

SoulCollage® for me is a sacred listening practice. It is a very personal form of prayer that takes me to the place where soul and Divine Consciousness meet. From the hilarious to the terrifying, the complicated to the serene, each card is a gift, an offering from Me to me. The practice of SoulCollage® merges all of the senses into one fluid motion of inner awakening; sight becomes sound, becomes touch-opening memory to taste, smell and the mysterious sixth sense of intuitive knowing. Creation and creativity flow through each of us in all moments. SoulCollage®, like yoga, meditation, prayer, dance, song and deep uproarious laughter has the power to remind us of this truth. I have experienced every card to be Love at first sight (even the shadowy ones)…a love that grows as I blossom into the woman I am becoming, day by day, moment by moment.

I am the one who...
...is a strong creator. I feel the blessing of your gifts as they pass through me. I know the awe of the universe.
I am the one whose strength is clear.
I am the one who knows pain and struggle and
I am the one who knows joy.
I am not afraid of what is new and fragile.
I am the one who sees life around edges of darkness.
I am the one who takes each breath as if it is the first...beginning is end is beginning.
I am the one who exudes light, is bathed in light, yet wears shadow gracefully.

What do you have to give me?
I offer you the knowledge that each breath is fragile and impermanent.
I offer you support as you grow each day; like a new baby exploring the world.
I offer you a strength that is solid and flexible.

What do you want from me?
I want you to continue to experience your awe in this life.
I want you to absorb all you see as a breath.
I want you to release to the exhale...newness...ancient wisdom...it is all within you.
I want you to see all beginnings and endings touch each other.
I want you to feel the love that you walk through, that surrounds you.
I want you to know struggle is part of joy-they are connected.

SoulCollage® Basics

SoulCollage® is a deeply revealing process of self-discovery developed by my teacher, Seena B. Frost. If you can flip through magazines, cut and glue –you can create an incredible dream-like collage. That is the first step. Next you must look closely and intuitively "listen" to your card. These are not random images you have chosen. They are subconscious aspects of your inner world. A trained facilitator can guide you through a sequence of specific questions. You, the creator of the card do not "talk about what you see in the card", instead, while in a deeply relaxed mind state, you become a vessel through which Universal or Divine consciousness is transmitted. The words are an expression of a truth that is both yours and that of collective consciousness. This is an integral part of the practice called "I am the one who...". In essence, a SoulCollage® card is a visual bridge, spanning the divide between spoken and unspoken feelings, thoughts and words; your consciousness and Universal Consciousness.

Source- nothingness from which all is birthed
Companion-this is the energetic realm of the chakras. Each chakra has an animal companion or totem that you will discover.
Committee-this is the psychological element of the process. Your many "inner voices" speak from this place.
Community-these cards represent the people and pets in your life who support you-whether as living beings, or memories of loved ones. They may include people you have never met but have influenced your life and guided you at times, none-the-less.
Council-this is the archetypal realm. Unseen beings of collective consciousness who guide you with or without your awareness.
